By engaging with the House of Yusuf Nasser, you agree to abide by our established codes of conduct and commerce, designed to protect the integrity of our creations.

1. General Terms
These terms encompass all interactions with our digital boutique and physical showrooms. By using our services, you warrant that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts.
2. Intellectual Property
All designs, jewelry photography, and brand identifiers are the exclusive intellectual property of Yusuf Nasser. Unauthorized reproduction of any piece, whether digitally or physically, is strictly prohibited and protected by international law.
3. Bespoke Creations
Custom designs require a non-refundable deposit. Once a design is approved and production begins, cancellations are not accepted. Every hallmark on our gold is a guarantee of specified purity.
4. Shipping & Delivery
International delivery is managed through secure armored carriers. The House remains responsible for the integrity of the piece until a signature of receipt is provided.
5. Limitations of Liability
Yusuf Nasser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
